The Physicians of Myddfai - Herbs and Medicine

                   Talk and village walk by Lara Bernays Medical Herbalist

Learn how garden and hedgerow herbs were used as medicine and how we can still benefit from the teachings of the Physicians of Myddfai. Adults £3 Children £2.

As part of the project to build a new village hall and strengthen Myddfai community a dynamic programme of classes to be held in the old hall has been planned for spring/summer of 2008.

April classes include PILATES- Tuesdays 7.30, TRIM & TONE - Wednesdays 7pm and YOGA- Thursdays 7pm

Every Tuesday 6.30- 7.30pm

A fun and safe environment to spend an hour socialising and using the hall with game activities, music and refreshments. Age 7- 14 years. Led by Lesley Griffith.
