    Royal arrival

On Wednesday morning 25th of June, 2008 some women of Myddfai parish joined together to greet Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall, in the village hall for tea and cakes.

In the evening some residents of the parish and the workers and contractors that had renovated the house and the surrounding buildings, were invited to Llwynwermod for a reception to celebrate the arrival of Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, the new residents of their newly-done house and barns. The Duchess said that she was very pleased with the outcome of her renovated estate and was looking forward to bringing her grandchildren to Llwynwermod to roam freely and safely in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Everyone had enjoyed the event and was pleased to see the new residents of the parish settling in so well.

    ....................................................

Ar fore dydd Mercher 25ain o Fehefin, daeth rhai menywod plwyf Myddfai gyda'u gilydd i groesawu Camilla y Dduges o Gernyw i Neuadd y Pentref am de a chacennau.

Yn hwyrach, cafodd rhai preswylwyr y plwyf a'r gweithwyr oedd wedi adnewyddu'r ty a'r ysgubor, gwahoddiad i fynd i Llwynwermod i ddathlu cyrhaeddiad perchnogion newydd Llwynwermod sef y Tywysog Siarl a'r Dduges Camilla i'w ty newydd crand. Dywedodd y Dduges fod hi'n hapus iawn gyda Llwynwermod a bod hi ddim yn gallu aros i ddod a'i wyrion yma i chwarae yn yr amgylchedd diogel a hardd.

Cafodd pawb hwyl ac roedden nhw i gyd yn hapus i weld y Tywysog a'r Dduges yn cartrefu eu hunain yn y plwyf mor dda.
